This is a 30 minute exercise class for people suffering from depression and anxiety.
Dr. Levin and Majorie Waller designed the class to simultaneously improve physical wellness, depression and anxiety. It emphasizes gentle and safe stretching, diaphragmatic breathing and core exercises. Ultimately, it will lead to a better mental and regular exercise.
